Matt Haydis

Matt started his career with the Trammel Crow Company (now CBRE) in 2006, where he specialized in industrial leasing, primarily representing institutional landlords in Commerce/Vernon, CA. Matt always knew he wanted to be on the principal side, and in 2010 he went back to school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas to pursue his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Upon his graduation in 2012, Matt relocated to Los Angeles, where he went to work at The Bascom Group, specializing in multifamily acquisitions. While at Bascom, Matt underwrote 116 properties (29,000 units) with a total value of over $4 billion in 9 months. In 2013, Matt started with AEW as an asset manager. Over the 5 years Matt was with AEW, Matt managed over 9 million square feet of office, industrial and retail, and 1,700 units of multifamily, valued at $1.8 billion. Now the principal at IBC Realty Partners, Matt is focused on the management and new acquisitions of multitenant flex industrial in the South Bay submarket of Los Angeles.

Ken Haydis

Ken has over 45 years of real estate experience, having started his career in commercial lending, where he also invested in apartment buildings in Manhattan Beach, CA on the side. Ken started focusing solely on building his real estate portfolio in 1991 when he developed his second multitenant industrial flex building, International Business Center. He now owns and co-manages 100,000 square feet of multitenant industrial located in Inglewood, along with 12 apartment units located in Manhattan Beach. Ken’s attention to detail and finance acumen have contributed to his success. Going forward he will oversee the growth of IBC Realty Partners, ensuring the principals that he maintained while growing his current portfolio continue with IBC Realty Partners.
